Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or checkout as a guest. Follow the prompts to enter shipping and payment information.
We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Express (2-3 business days) shipping. Shipping costs vary based on your location and order total. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing order details.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. You'll see shipping options and costs at checkout.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team. We'll investigate and provide updates.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Some items like intimate apparel and personal care products are non-returnable.
Log into your account, go to your orders, select the order containing the item you want to return, and click "Return Item". Follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
For returns due to size/fit or buyer's remorse, you're responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective or we made an error, we'll cover return shipping.

Yes, all products sold on E-Shop are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We never sell counterfeit goods.
We restock popular items regularly. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for stock notifications on the product page.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed. You can return items after delivery if needed.
